OAT MILK shampoo vet. dogs, puppies, cats use: 

Distribute the shampoo sparingly on the animal (avoid the eyes and nose area), lather with lukewarm water and massage in. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible. Keep out of the reach of children.
